Although we hope there are no problems with your product we understand that sometimes products need to be returned for a variety of reasons.

We happily welcome returns providing the item is in unused condition and returned with its original packaging in resalable condition unless of course the item is faulty, where in this instance you may return the item without its packaging.

For faulty items there is a 30 day period in which the item needs to be returned for a full refund/replacement, all other returns have a period of 14 days.

To make the process simple and quick for us and you please include as much information as you can with your return, preferably the order number and reason for return.
